Upon Puerto Del Sol's completion, your investment condominium will be managed by our sister company Latitude 26 Resort Property Management. We are the most progressive and innovative on the Island but of course you may choose a different company to manage your property.

The vast majority of our Owners are either out of state, or they live a minimum of 5 to 8 hrs away, therefore, they must have peace of mind that their investment is in the hands of a professional organization who will ensure that the property is managed effectively.
